Protect West installed our home security system which included perimeter and motion detection about 16 years ago. They arranged the monitoring system which we have continuously used over this period which has been very effective interrupting a once only break-in and promptly summoning police response. Recently they installed an upgraded camera and recording system to replace an existing system. Protect West personnel have always been very responsive to our very rare service request and are readily available for advice and customer support. My husband and I travel extensively and we confidently rate Protect West and the associated monitoring service very highly for our home security.
