1. What Products do we use?
   Hills Industries (DAS) are the largest suppliers of alarm systems in Australia and are known for their excellent quality and reliability.
   
   
2. What do we get for $799?   1 x 8 zone key pad, 1 x back-up battery and plug pack, 1 x internal siren, 1 x external siren and blue strobe, 3 x infra red motion detectors. The system is fully installed, hard wired and connected to the mains power with battery back-up. We provide a user manual, window stickers, full training and a 2 year written warranty on parts and labour. (Based on single storey home).  We also specialise in full Perimeter alarm systems and Wireless alarm systems for double storey houses.
   
   
3. Are there any Contracts?
   NO! We have no fixed term contracts for monitoring. The above package does not require monitoring, it is optional. If you wish to have your system monitored we can provide all levels of alarm monitoring at competitive prices with no minimum term contracts to sign. Ask us about our varoius options.
   
   
4. What is Your Warranty?
   With Protect West we give you a 2-year warranty on Parts and Labour.  We will come out and correct any problems within 2 years at no cost to you.
   
   
5. Is this Package Enough to Cover a average Single Storey Home?
   Yes. Three detectors installed in an average 3 or 4 bedroomed home will provide you with good internal coverage. The system can handle up to 8 detection devices ranging from additional motion detectors, magnetic door contacts, window glass break sensors and optional Remotes. We provide additional equipment at the most competitive prices in Perth. 

• Can I Upgrade the System?This package uses an 8 zone control panel, meaning that you can add additional detectors if you require them.
